When the crew arrived they were more than courteous. They were genuine and sincere. They took their work serious, explained everything before they started and after they finished the repairs. Spencer Roofing put a new roof on our home & we are very happy with it. I called several roofing companies referred by my realtor, and Tom from Spencer Roofing was the first to respond and come out to see the roof and make an estimate. I was told by other roofers that they were backed up and wouldn't be able to get to the repairs for 2 weeks at a minimum. I even had a roofer come out after Tom and his advice was to go with Spencer Roofing and their estimate. The other roofer recommended Spencer Roofing highly for quality and reasonable prices. I want to tell you how impressed I was with you service. I called several roofers to get estimates. Tom Spencer was the only one who came in person to look at my roof. (Other companies sent workers, and one place didn't even call me back.) He personally looked at my roof, took pictures and showed me what needed to be done. Joe, who did the work, would always let me know when he was coming and would let me know if plans changed. The work, the clean up and the service were just great! Danielle in the office was always a professional and pleasant when I called to ask questions. Spencer was recommended to me by a friend, and I would highly recommend them to my friends.

From my first interaction with Tom by phone, I was very pleasantly surprised. I had done considerable research on various options for roofing repairs, simply to become an informed consumer and to better understand. However, I still had questions and Tom took the time to explain. When he came to my house to give an estimate, he also talked about how he might deal with certain problems if they should arise during the course of the repairs. He went out of his way to provide me with warranty information for the MAT-40 membrane that I eventually selected. His crew was reliable and cleaned up after themselves and the overall price was very fair. In the end, I was thoroughly pleased with my choice to use Spencer Roofing and the work that they did. Tom is very honest and takes great pride in his work. He even came out after the job was completed to check the roof and to paint some replacement ridge tiles that are almost impossible to find so that they would color match my existing tiles. I would highly recommend Spencer Roofing to anyone and already have to my neighbors and friends. Thanks very much, Tom, Nolan, and crew!
